A 65B certificate is a certificate issued under Section 63 (4)(C) of Bhartiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023. This certificate is required to authenticate electronic evidence, such as electronic documents, emails, digital images, videos, or any other electronic records, for it to be admissible in court.
